Holiday Cards with Carol DuBosch

[Non-members $10; register on our website.] Prepare for 90 minutes of eye candy as Carol DuBosch shares her amazing holiday cards over Zoom. Each year since 1995 Carol, a WCG member, has designed and created a card to celebrate the New Year. She allows the project to take as much time as it needs, following as many ideas as come along. Carol then reproduces her cards with black toner photocopies, embellishes them and mails the results to 130 lucky recipients. As Carol explains her design choices, you'll be happily jotting down ideas and techniques. Her Zoom presentation will be recorded for future viewing for 30 days. "Any day that I can open a bottle of ink is a good day. It gets even better if I can create art," Carol writes. "Words are my muse and I love being able to use them as a lettering artist. It is absolutely the best job ever."
